He was with me from the beginning of my search process, through a For Sale By Owner (which fell through due to the owner changing his mind), through the search process again, and finally the closing on my new home, which I love! Trevor was very professional and was always willing to answer texts with questions that I had and he kept me informed of everything I needed to know and shielded from things I didn't need to know nor cared about (as lawyers emailed legalese during the closing process).

He ensured we didn’t lose money while helping us to negotiate fairly. Trevor was easy to work with and easy to reach at all times.

He was professional and patient with me as I determined my priorities. Then his suggestions were spot on and he made sure my wants and needs were met through the whole process. He was communicative at every point in the process, kept me informed of any step that I needed to do and went above and beyond most realtors. He actively had discussions with the tenant, the HOA association, the closing attorney, and the inspector and repairmen. I didn't have to lift a finger except to sign documents when needed. He is knowledgeable, responsive and communicative, which is what you would love to have in a realtor.
